Book a refit

p. 70

The Classifieds desk is the way to engage the shop. Submit the form below, or call Tilly at (360) 385-6211 ext. 6 between 0730 and 1630 Pacific. Refit lead times in 2026 run 4 to 10 weeks; book the November-through-March winter slow-season for any tankage or refit work that needs more than a week, and the April-through-October active-season slots for shorter scopes that can fit between active charters.

What we can and cannot take

Before you submit: please read the About / Masthead page's section on the work we decline. The short version: we do not do houses, we do not do shore-side plumbing, we do not do hot-work on a vessel afloat, we do not test backflow assemblies in dockside potable risers, and we do not take work on a vessel we are not confident the owner can keep in the water safely. If your scope falls into one of those categories, the Classifieds desk will route you to a colleague trade who specializes in it.

For an emergency — a boat afloat that is taking water — do not use this form. Call the Port harbormaster at (360) 385-0656 first. The harbormaster has the authority and the equipment to stabilize the situation; we are after-hours-by-arrangement only and the harbormaster's call is the right first call.

For a routine refit booking: this form is the right channel. Tilly responds within one working day. We do not maintain an automated booking system; every Classifieds submission is read by a human and answered by a human, usually within hours.
